Brand new iPhone 7 Plus Ruined (Clearwater)

I booked in a brand new 2 Month old iPhone 7 plus at the Clearwater mall on the 27th of July 2017 6PM. It had a light scratch on the screen and as a birthday gift I took it in for repairs which cost me R3500. The technician then gave us the phone back, not saying anything and charged us the full price. When I switched on the phone, the home button was completely broken and the setting was enabled to use the onscreen home button.

I then proceeded to take it back and the technician who previously worked on it, jammed the *****s so they couldn't open it up again. They told us to come back in a few days when they get better tools. We took it back and they managed to open the phone, but told us that they don't have any more home buttons and it needs to be replaced. They told us that when they replace the home button that some features won't work like the fingerprint scanner and that they didn’t have any stock. So I told them, I didn't pay R3500 for this and now it’s more than just the phones home button that’s not working, the sensor when you phone someone does not work and you’ll have to restart the phone after every call, also the swiping left and right only responds after 10 seconds.

They told us they will try and organize a new phone for us. We since have countless issues with it and no one can give me an answer. Even the head office is no help at all. They are just ignoring me and no one has ever phones me back.
