Bad service made better

I recently posted about weFix keeping my laptop for 3 months without repair and still wanting to charge me R499 for the evaluation. The manager at the Cresta branch contacted me to say that had waived the fee and that I could collect my laptop. So it was a better way to end the transaction. Still had a laptop with the same issues but nonetheless.
