Bad service - macbook air repair

It took 3 months to fix my computer (macbook air) which worked for less than 10 minutes and had the same problem again. Now it is at the shop again for almost 1 week and nobody called me to explain what is the problem and how long is gonna take to be fixed. Almost R5000 for a very poor service.
