Bad service, bad communication, MacBook NOT fixed!
I brought my machine last Thursday afternoon. iFix sent me a message that it was ready Friday afternoon, I went and my machine was NOT FIXED AT ALL.

I was told they would give me feedback on Monday - which they didn't until I went into the shop. They told me they would communicate within an hour - which you didn't until I called. Whereupon they sent me a message saying my machine was ready. I went back to the shop - My laptop is STILL NOT WORKING, NOTHING IS FIXED!

It's really annoying that I have to spend time driving back and forth iFIx. If my machine is not ready, I would rather you say so than to tell me to come then have to wait 30 minutes to be told that it's not done. That is not professional and I'm sure you all know that time is money.

If the machine is not ready, it's not ready, why do you lie that it is. Twice I have gone to the shop only just to realise that nothing has been fixed.

I'm not happy with your service iFix. I'm appalled actually. what happened to you guys? Do you even test your work now?

Can you please take time to fix my machine, test that it is working, then text me when it is done and ONLY when it is working.

iFix service DROPPING!
Good Morning Karen.
I would like to sincerely apologize for the headache caused at our Buitensingel Branch. All devices under go a lengthy quality control check and we have failed you here.
The branch manager at the branch is busy trying to get hold of you but has been unsuccessful so she has dropped you a mail in the interim.
As soon as you receive it could you get get back to her. The job will take strict priority and I assure you that there will be no more issues with repair
This is not the way we conduct business and I thank you for your feedback so that I could investigate this matter with urgency.
If you ever have any further issues please do not hesitate to contact me directly so that can sort it out with haste.
Have a lovely week further.
