Avoid weFix if you run your own business from your Mac

Possibly the worst service, uninformed staff and “absent technician” syndrome I have ever experienced. If you are self-employed and run your business from your Mac DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! 9 working days later, my clients shouting for documents I can’t produce, my business hemorrhaging money, I STILL get no answer from the Menlyn store. I write this in desperation that someone from iFix head office - no tel number listed - might actually kick some butt at Menlyn and help me get my laptop back so that I can work! So sorry that my first Hello Peter review had to be a desperate cry for help due to awful awful service.
