Avoid WeFix at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These guys sent me automated response saying they will get back to me (this was over two weeks ago when I complained (see my complaint below). They never did. They couldn't care less. All they care about is their reputation; they have to be seen to be responsive on this platform but they actually don't care.

Avoid WeFix guys, run away from it; you'll be better off buying a new phone than take your phone to this place for repairs.

It is precisely this kind of culture and behaviour, this kind of dont-care attitudes towards customers that companies go under. I will be the first to celebrate when you do. And yes, WHEN.

Took my Samsung S6 in (Morningside WeFix shop) to replace a shattered screen (this was early Dec 2017 if not November). Got the phone back in Jan 2018 (they say the fix the phone in an hour). Paid about R1900. After a couple of weeks with the phone, I starts noticing some purple(ish) ink drops on the inside of the screen, which rapidly spread all over the screen until I cannot see anything. I take the phone back to have the screen replace since there is clearly something wrong with the new screen they'd installed. I leave my phone with them and a day later or so later, I receive a call telling me that they've checked and I have to pay another R1900 since they've discover a crack on the phone. I tell them the phone didn't fall, I don't even use it regularly as I have another phone. The phone didn't fall. The lady that checked the phone when I took it in knows that that screen wasn't cracked; she checked it over and over. When I went back to the shop, they showed me some crack on the screen which wasn't there before. They have clearly cracked my phone in order to avoid having to replace the screen for free. This is extremely *********. It is disgusting that WeFix personnel would go to such lengths just to avoid paying for something that was clearly their fault. Job MOSA059377 refers. This is the second time that I have such a terrible experience with this brand. I want my phone fixed and the screen replaced for free as it was not my fault. I also want an apology from the store for insulting my intelligence.
