Always an excuse
I have given my apple laptop to them. They have sent it to Woodmead. Every time I call they have some kind of excuse to what the status of the laptop is. Then we have status but for some reason there is just one person that does repairs. HOW is that possible?????? I can't get a quote, there is no one that can fix my laptop. This is more the 4 weeks now. REALLY!!!!!!!!!! we fix
