Almost got **********!!!

I went to wefix Eastgate for a battery replacement for my iPhone 6s and they told me a whole story about having to pay for a screen as well because my *****s were worn out so they would have to apply pressure which would cause the screen to break which would cost a total of R1 800,00. I told them to leave it, took it to the wefix at Menlyn and asked to get my battery replaced and they mentioned nothing about worn out *****s and having to apply pressure to the screen and all the other stories I was fed at Eastgate. You guys are a franchise, please can your technicians be consistent. I almost spent R1800,00 for something that only cost be R400,00, this is unacceptable.
