All round bad service and follow up

Not even sure where to begin.

I booked my iPhone in for a screen and battery replacement. The screen has spots where you can see blemishes etc. The technician also scratched my device with a *****driver or similar tool. The shop said they will get the store manager and regional manager to phone me back. A week and numerous calls to follow up later, no response or any correspondence from wefix.

Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.
