2-5 Working days, marked important more like forever

<p>I handed in my Ipad for screen repairs on Monday, 14 November 2016 at the Menlyn branch, I handed in with the term it is important to get fixed as soon as possible. The lady over the counter told me it would take 2-5 working days well I still haven't received a confirmation that it has been repaired. When I called them on Friday, 18 November 2016, they told me they are waiting for parts. I asked them that it is urgent to get fixed can they please call other IFix stores that have parts tp send it there and get repaired. No one has responded to me. I’m still waiting today on this. When I called today the Lady over the phone kept calling me mam and I am clearly a male customer and she did not want to recognize me as a male customer even after I told her I’m a sir. This service is unacceptable! I will never tell anyone to go to IFix in Menlyn ever!</p>
