1 Month waiting period for a screen replacement

Submitted a phone on the 31 january for replacement to a screen for huawei p10 lite and was told that it would be a week or 2 to get the part? I have no alternative but to accept this and waited. I had to call them after 2 weeks to see what's going on and was told there is part in JHB which would be sourced. I called in again to be told that the store they were transferring from cancelled the transfer to offer to a customer.
