Pathetic Service - Ifix Garage Doors and Gates

Jaco Swart, who works for IFix Garage Doors and Gates, installed an electric gate and motion sensor light two weeks ago, very efficiently and now after incomplete service due to light fitting issues, he refuses to return the light fitting which has been paid for already. Also, he does not respond to messages and puts the phone down in a clients ear.
