Policy cancellation

I took a policy with IFA 2014 which is a wealth plan. I was paying for the policy without any problems then last year it was my first time withdrawing from my policy. To my suprise this year when the coronavirus started I wanted to withdraw again and that qas almost after a year. I was told I only have R1900 in my savings. Surprisingly when they send me my statement the amount was more than R16000 in my savings for which they also gave me a hustle. I waited almost 2 weeks before theu could give me my money later I decided to cancel the policy which I send an email they provided me with during the lockdown till tofay my policy it's not canceled. Nobody even rep**** to that email but they were still deducting my money and calling me to pay them. I received more than 5 calls from then and I was explaining the same thibg over and over again. The last call the guy who called me told me that R1900 was withdrawn from my account which is not true, they only gave me R1000 and told me that the other amount it's an admin fee of R500 when you withdraw. And then I explained to him about my issue with this policy and since he said he will call me back till today I am still waiting for that call from him and the explanation as to why the amounts I've withdrawn don't correspond with what is on my statement. To my surprise this morning they have the audacity to send me an email and tell me the way I have 3 options because I haven't been paying my policy and they will deduct R35 for each payment missed amd give me what's left in my savings after whatsoever term elapse and this doea ot even guarantee that they will pay because I might be left with a negative on that money. Who does that? Such a big name, this barbaric behaviour needs to stop. I don't think I can even recommend this brand to anyone in my life after what they have done to me. I just want them to leave me in peace and give me what's mine I'm fed up. Always I had to go and reverse the debit orders simply because they chose which email they wanna respond to and which one they don't want to respond to
