IF - The future
Good Day I would like to thank IF Insurance for a continued and consistent great service, I have dealt with IF on a few occasions and each and every single time they’ve been efficient, open and transparent. I have submitted 2 claims and had different experiences with these claims. One was quick and the other took longer as the country was battling with covid and increased volumes of claims. Even though they didn’t pay within the promised time the second time around, they communicated and communicated and kept me up to speed. And that deserves a compliment, feedback is everything whether good or bad. I will continue to support this business, the service is on another level. Kind regards Bonga
