IF Insurance is committing *****!!!

I had the most painful experience under this company. I still want to understand how does a company deduct a premium on a policy that has lapsed, and still wants me to sign a letter that states I'm cancelling a policy that has lapsed over six month already. Now 5 days period they asked has since passed but still saying nothing about my refund. I am now taking this further as this was ***** in the first place. I will not stop until i get my money back. What this company did is *****, how do you deduct money from your former clients and then refuse to refund the money you took *****ulently? Is this how you run your business and claim to be caring but you are committing *****. I suggest to everyone who has a policy with these people to deactivate it immediately
