Inaccurate, incomplete and non-delivery of financial projections

<p>I run a business that produces business plans. We contracted IED Consulting to provide financial projections. The projections that IED consulting produced were inaccurate.</p> <p>We requested that they be redone, and that the brekadowns for the figures be provided. We were informed that the breakdown will be difficult to provide because they do not use computers to produce their work, they use pen and paper. This made me even more concerned. </p> <p>The follwing financials that were produced were still inaccurate and still did not have the breakdowns. </p> <p>This kept happeneing until we had to request termination of our business relationship and request the return of the funds that had been provided for the service.</p> <p>For more than a month, we have been waiting. IED has avoided all communication with us to discuss even a way forward. Our client has threatened to walk due to late delivery, and we have to contract another company to redo the work that was initially requested.</p> <p>If you value your business or your money, you will avoid this company as much as possible.</p>
