When is IEC South Africa paying the people that worked on election day

My Cousin's daughter and my Niece worked for IEC on the 8th of May, they haven't been paid till today, whenever we ask, when they will be paid, nobody is saying anything, we tried everything, they have been to the local offices many times, the money they used is more than the money they are expecting, can somebody help
