Unconstitutional election?

In August 2016 my son and l voted together at ward 26 Parow Valley! Today, five years later, l’m registered but my son NOT! How is this possible? My son is denied his constitutional right! Someone has to answer as this election is unconstitutional! What raise an eyebrow my son’s dilemma is not isolated as others at this voting poll suffered same injustice!
