Rudely treated during election process

After waiting for 4hours in the queue to cast my vote a lady called Bongi that was in charge at Bothasig at Wolraad Woltemade Primary school voting station chased me and my husband away saying we do not appear on the voters list. Now tell me how am I suppose to feel after standing that amount of hours and then be rudely told me and my husband must leave. We both registered there by the way. The lady called Katlego also unprofessional and playing blaming game with no help at all..Those two must never be hired again if you want a smooth election process
