IEC not paying stuff

I am so disappointed with IEC have been waiting for payment from them for more than 3 weeks now. There are collegues we have worked with that have gotten paid 3 weeks ago already I have went to their offices and was informed that payment will be made the past Saterday but nothing to this day. When you enquire from the staff who they report to so you nay be able to escalate the matter they just don't care and will not provide you with any assistance or who you can speak to.
