IEC Municipal Election results hidden from voters.

THe Municipal Election Results provided by the IEC are designed it appears to suppress transparency. Resultsof Voting Districts which were counted are not reported. Like Oudtshoorn as an example. Nowhere on the Big Screen can it be seen how the voting there went.I feel sorry for analysts with this type of reporting. All that is somehow cler is which parties have a lead in a voting district and or control plus the number of seats. BUT noway how to track where it is. Noe does it show the Municipalities where there are no outright winner. THIS IS VERYWEIRS. WHY?
