When contacting the IEC by phone on *** you are advised that the Election date is 27 October 2021. The time line for registration is also not updated and you are advised on dates which lapsed (End of July and Beginning August). This a clear indication that the IEC officials are ***********. They are only good to facilitate the ANC when the ANC missed deadlines to register candidates.

Another issue is that you are given the option to select languages of preference. When selecting the option for Afrikaans you always end up with an English speaking person.
