IEC compromised

News yesterday of the discovery of millions of printed ballot papers all marked ANC is atrocious and a clear indication that the IEC is fully compromised and not to be trusted. I don't suppose, at this short notice, opposition parties could arranged for the World Court in the The Hague to monitor the South African elections tomorrow?
