IEC another cANCer cadre

IEC is a cANCer Cadre pocket *****. how many employees have been caught with loaded vote boxes and how many have been destroyed. The IEC should be called IEANC.... Electoral Commission of the ANC. Why cant you make thing more secure ? Coz of ANC money or Coz you lack the knowledge or intellectual capabilities ? you can DM me (message me on facebook) if you need any help by doing so and cant figure it out.
