IEC and ANC BFF

As i was watching the results roll in I noticed the ridiculous amount of spoilt voted in each district. My main concern is that if the votes are spoilt but we were never given instructions as to what not to do and how to properly mark your ballot papers by the IEC officials at the voting station.
