I am Thabisa Mnyaka residing in Mdantsane East London. I want to Report *****ulalent Payments from IEC Buffalo City... I have app**** at IEC In Beacon Bay.. Fr a Presciding Officer Post and submitted all my documents.

They Appointed Me as a Presciding Officer For Ward 22 at Nu 17 Rent Office in Mdantsane. I undergoed trainings for the Registration Proccess.. I attended to 3 trainings that where conducted by Lelethu Mbambo at Nu 7 Rent Office in Mdantsane. During Preparation in Registration Process whilest Attending Trainings they issued contracts that says... IEC is Remunerating me R1340 as A Presciding Officer for Training days attended to or days worked.. They give me As a Presciding Officer a gross remuneration of that amount... I've worked the 18thof October & 19th of October... IEC paid me R1070... For trainings attended to and Days Worked.

I did enquire to Lelethu Mbabo when he was conducting a training in Zone 15 Community. Hall Asking him to give me a breakdown.. On how their payments are done... To tell me how much do I get paid fr a trainings???.. How much I'm paid for the 18th and 19th... Then give me the overall amount..

Lelethu Mbambo said IEC is paying us R160 for Trainings... Bt He did not tell how much IEC pays fr each day in the Registration Process... Though their contract says... IEC pays R1340 fr A Presciding Officer fr days worked and trainings attended to. I did enquire this to the Area Manager fr Ward 22 named Loyiso Mgweba who seemed to know nothing always Refer matters on hand to be reported to Lelethu Mbambo. How come I attend 3 Trainings and work 2 days for Registration Days ang get A remuneration of R1070?? I can bring a statement fr this payment from Stancom...

IE carried us Through to voting processes... They hired me again as A Presciding Officer of Nu 17 Rent Office in Mdantsane. I have attended to 3 Trainings and A VMD stress Testing training in Nu 17 Rent Office on the 22nd of October. I received now different contracts stating different Amount of gross remuneration from IEC.Their contracts says they hire Me from the 22nd to the 1st of November.. They will give me a gross remuneration of R1340... The other one Says R2530... The one fr R1730. They stated that fr days worked r trainings attend to they Remunerated me with R2530.. The Area Manager Loyiso Mgweba said... When i enquire again about the money if is it the overall amount that should I expect fr all my trainings and days worked the 30th..31st and 1st the voting day.. He knew nothing.. He said "they don't have Copies of that contract.. So nobody at my station received a copy for the contract of R2530 now.

I am laying complaint regarding IEC *****uePayments.. I have just received a payment from Stancom from IEC after a month and 10 days...waiting for payment.. IEC is paying me R3096. 00

I want IEC to give me a breakdown regarding the R3096. 00 that was deposited in my account after so many voicenotes that were circulating from IEC telling us to wait.. For our salaries.. That they are experiencing a backlog.

On the 19th of November I received A call from Vuyiswa Shongwe who asked me to please Do registers of the staff that I was working with in that process the 30th. 31st..and the 1st...They can't find them.. They want to do payments.

I cant accept ***** in South Africa... Where I perform duties assigned to me and then IEC decides to Remunerate Me way lesser amount that they agreed on..

I want IEC to please do a breakdown for me Thabisa Mnyaka.. Who was Presciding Officer at ward 22 Nu 17 in Mdantsane regarding the R3090.00 that they deposited in my bank account this morning

IEC please do breakdown by clearly stating How much Are you paying a Presciding Officer fr training days attended to? How much did you pay for a stress testing training? How much did you pay fr the 30th special votes? How much did you pay fr the 31st special votes? How much did you pay me for the voting Day?

I want Clarity... Regarding the R3090 that I have just received and was deposited in my account.

Capitec: Payment +R3097.60 into SAVINGS ACCOUNT; Ref STANCOM PB9401 SALARY ***; Avail R3089.66; 11-Dec. Info ***

I have submitted everything to You... Please get back to me with a clear breakdown regarding my money for the trainings... 30th.special votes. 31st. Special Votes.. 1st the voting day.. And my claim that Ive submitted fr kilometers fr the 3oth 31st and 1st.
