Beware of IE VISA.com

I app**** for and paid for my INDIAN VISA on 16/12/18 @ IE VISA.com. I was charged $49. 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting for My Visa. Our Travel Agent in India will not confirm our travel until we provide them with our Visas. My Wife and I app**** together, hers was received but I am still awaiting my Visa. On the other hand, my 2 Adult Children app**** @ Indian Visas Online and received their VISAs within 48hrs FREE OF CHARGE!!!

Why are we paying for poor service???
