******* DEDUCTION ON MY ACCOUNT

I app**** for a loan at IE Finance and was advised telephonically that I needed to fax my payslip, copy of id and 3 months bank statement. 2 days later I received an sms from Bulelwa advising that my application was declined. I was surprised as I never faxed my documents as requested but never bother to contact her back. On 25 June, the company deducted R299+R49 from my bank account. <br> I want my money back as I never followed up on my application by faxing the required documents therefore the company does not have any right to deduct my money. I sent them 2 emails and an sms requesting my money back but no response was received<br> <br> Kind regards<br> Vuyelwa
