Disgusted by Customer Service

I am utterly disgusted as I received the most shocking experience from the call center today. The phone was dropped while I was waiting to speak with someone and the consultant gave me bad attitude. According to the CPA I have not received any service from you and therefore I can cancel at any point. I was told I cannot cancel the agreement because the application was processed. Bull ...What has been processed if I have not received any feedback from you? If my account gets debited on the 25th of June 2015, I will make sure everyone knows about this and will report you to the ombudsman and everybody that needs to know about this. This is ******** and I will certainly not let myself be *****ed by You. I will have your name all over social media and papers if I do not get a response in 12 hours.
