BILLED R299 FOR WHAT AND WITH NO APPROVAL

Today was my payday and on my payslip I saw a deduction for R299 ..<br> I app**** for a loan a while back with them and was declined. No one said that there was a fee I had to pay.<br> They promise loans to black listed clients but then deduct from our accounts. <br> <br> Not accepteable.. What is the deduction for and how long will this deduction go off for. <br> I want verbal recording where I gave permission for this deduction
