Unreliable components, non existing after sales service.

Honestly I wouldn't even give them a star. The app module does not work, the guys at IDS do not care about the security of your family as they are unwilling to give even subpar technical after sales service. You're better off using a sausage dog as an alarm system. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER
