They ****med me: taking my money without my consent

I would like to write about my horrible experience with IDM Protect. I recently went under debt review. Tshepo from IDM (part of debt busters) called offering me Life cover, which I refused countless times. After my application with Debt Busters was approved, I notice a portion of my money was going toward life cover. I sent several emails asking them to cancel the policy for months. they only cancelled the policy last month, I than asked for a refund of all the times they were collecting money from me, I got an email from Olwethu Goqwana stating it would take 7 business working days to resolve the investigation of the refund. It has been more than 10 business days now, I have been sending follow up email, and nobody is replying to my mails, they are just ignoring me. I am annoyed and frustrated; I just want my money back.
