IDM roten company at all times

IDM Group is ****in irritating company they phoned me on the 9th May 2023 trying to offer me debt review process, i reulfused then on the 10th i saw a hard enquiry against my name and that dropped my credit score . I've never felt so bad and I don't know how can I sort this problem maybe they also placed me under debt review who knows , this company needs to be closed down it just annoying and useless company, ****ing our lives.
