IDM Insurance is HORRIBLE & A ****!!! They won't pay your claim!!!

My mom has been paying IDM Credit Insurance for all her debts for the past 4 years. I made a claim in August 2020 and they did not get back to me until I called them in November 2020, to date the claim has not been paid which now is Mid February 2021. My mom died in her sleep and they are asking me for a Doctors report, where the hell am I suppose to get that report when she died in her sleep at home!!! The doctor who certified the death is as confused as I am as to how he is supposed to complete this report when he has no medical report and only saw my mom at the mortuary. Not only is this process frustrating but I am haviing to relieve my mom's death every time I deal with this company. They claim that they can't get hold of the doctor but I always get hold of the doctor without fail. This company is a **** AND **** AND PARASITES WHO FEED OF People's money and not want to pay claims!!!
