IDM holdings needs to close!!!

I went under debt review with Debt Busters, IDM was involved, when i paid up my debt in full IDM never removed me as a debt free client. They assumed i ow them 2 months installments but i was done before the time. Now this is showing on my credit report as none payment and causing my score to go down. I have contacted them before and they was assure to help me, its been more than 18 months and i am still waiting, i would give you 0 stars!!!
