IDM group is not loyal and honest.

When entering into a contract with debtbusters, the person who assisted me indicated that on top of what I have agreed with debtbusters he is adding two additional benefits ,being a life cover and a funeral cover with no additional costs. But to my surprise when I check the statement from debtbusters I found that there are payments that has been ********ly debited by IDM groups,whereas they clearly indicated that they are no additional costs to the life cover and funeral cover. I therefore, request that IDM refund all the monies they have deducted ********ly from my account.
