IDM GROUP CHARGING ME FOR NO REASON

AT IDM HOLDINGS (PTY) LTD I really do not understand why this account is still in my credit profile because I do not owe them anything and I am no longer under debt review but to my surprise now on my credit report they're account appears and state that I owe them R200 balance which I am really shocked off. Could this be cleared and i do not want to see this account on my credit again
