Exceptional Customer Service - Mogammad Gamiet

In short i would like to commend Mogammad Gamiet. I lost my job a year ago and fortunately had a Income Protection policy in place. After being stuffed around by IDM i really thought that my case would never be solved. I begged anyone to make contact with me in order to explain my situation. Mogammad called me out the blue and WOW things started to happen. This gentleman knows his job and has exceptional customer service. I truly hope that this email reaches his Superiors as he has really relieved so much stress in my life. WELL DONE MOGAMMAD!!!!!! He has 2 teammates, Sharmaine and Andre that have also been most helpful and courteous.
