This company is full of ************* staff members that will answer your calls to give you hope and make you feel like they are willing to help and they will pay you back but its just a tactic they do just to get you off the phone. They always contradicting themselves via phone and email. NOW THEY ARE COMPLETELY IGNORING MY CALLS AND EMAILS These are the people you should be careful of: SASHA WILLIAMS NEWTON STEPH**** FERREN I am deeply concerned regarding the prolonged delay in processing my refund for the credit life cover that I purchased from Debt Busters IDM Protect. Despite submitting all the required documents on the beginning of July 2024, I have been waiting for over a month and a half without any update or resolution.

Details of the Transaction:

Date of Purchase: April 2021 Amount Paid: Over R30 000 Refund Request Date: 01 July 2024 Documents Submitted: Consent Order, Certificate if Balance, and 3 years statements from 2021 to 2024.

I have made multiple attempts to follow up on the status of my refund through your customer support channels, but the lack of communication and transparency on this matter is highly disappointing.

I kindly request immediate action to expedite the processing of my refund and provide me with a clear timeline for when I can expect to receive the reimbur*****t.

Failure to address this matter promptly will compel me to explore other avenues to seek resolution, including lodging a formal complaint with consumer protection authorities.

I don't trust that they serve customers according to their values and customers because each and every encounter was unfair.
