Bad Experience

It is very disturbing when you see staff members literally ignore your emails. I have sent numerous emails to Cwenga, Siyasanga, IDM, info. No one is willing to assist me ragarding one of my creditors account. The service is very poor there is no way that all 4 departments not even 1 person decide to call back. I also called in and I was told someone will call me back till today still waiting.
