Lack of customer service

My review is on the service received even before we could check in. We have had to isolate due to contact with Covid 19 and we called the establishment to advise thereoff. A very caring Donald advises that the manager would call us back. I received a call from the manager Cornelius Nyahunda who had no sense of customer service. When my husband referred to any Covid policy regarding a refund, he immediately stated that we should not get into a legal discussion, he also stated that he was calling from his phone and we should listen to his suggestions, which we gracefully did. This call left me feeling like he was doing me a favor and that it was his own money he was refunding us. The fact that a manager gets to treat potential patrons in such a manner is just sad, no humility.
