Once they have your money..it's **** off customer
I paid iDivorce R1000 to setup DIY divorce papers, and as per her email I am to ask anything if I am unsure.<br> I asked her in which order I do things, just to be 100% sure as this is my 1st divorce. Her replies:<br> <br> Denise: \Just follow the Step by Step word for word and you won't go wrong."<br> <br> Me: Ok..so if I understand correctly..I go to court 1st then the sheriff gets the papers to summons?<br> <br> Denise: \""Yes. Follow the guide.\"" that's her whole email<br> <br> Me: All though I appreciate having received the relevant documents"

We are at a loss in regard to clients complaints as we answered them immediately hence the brevity of the responses as we were not sure where client was and whether she was actually at the court and needed information immediately.
