Zandile Mthembu

I was actually frustrated by Absa service as they moved me from Idirect to Active claiming I belong in Active and not Idirect. Mind you, I was using my airtime and frustration was kicking in. Little did I know, the person who took me from corner to pillow was actually doing me a favor as I found a rare flower (Zandile). The level of service I received made me even ask if she was willing to allow me to rate her - mind you, she was still going to get to that point. For me what I admired was the personality and the way the conversation went. Being a consultant cannot be an easy task as you deal with different people with different characters, but Zandile today showed me that sometimes being jubilant and loving your job can bring a smile to your clientele. I am happy and will always ask for her, Zandile, to assist whenever I have a query, all I can ask is if she gets a promotion or bonus, she should not change her personality and remember to work as she was/is. Sent off from me to her not knowing her working conditions is found in the scripture (one of my favorite) Colossians 3:24-25 NLT.
