I moved into my new place and unfortunately took absa insurance (since the bond was through them). I required absa home emergency assist for urgent plumbing. I waited over 30min to get assistance, consistently being transferred to other departments and each time doing the verification vetting. It was home emergency! I have never had such poor insurance service from any other company on any of the other properties. Your emergency is not their emergency. Trust me, they are the worst.
