Your assessors are ****** or ***********.

I’m so disappointed with Absa. As a new home buyer I never knew that taking and home insurance with Absa was a bad idea. To cut the long story short, last November we notice the leak on the ceiling and we informed them. They sent someone to come assess what may be the cause of leakage, fast forward the “so called contractor” said the leak was due to cracks on the walls and the is the maintenance negligence and they declined the claim. Fast forward we found some to come check what is a problem, upon examining the damaged he realised the was a geyser damage and all the water came from it?! Absa insurance you advise me what need to be done? Cause I believe your assessor are *********** and as a result it’s causing me money!!!!! Why must I continue to do business with you?? I’m so disappointed😡
