Wrong premium amount deducted by ABSA Activate!
This is my second one star review for ABSA Activate!
This time they forgot to deduct their premium and when they did, they deducted more than what they should have! They were supposed to deduct around R1 450, but instead they deducted around R1 700! Not sure how a company can get this bad!
Currently fishing for an alternative insurance company.
