Worst service, won't terminate when you want out.

My worst decision was to trust that the contract is legit from the 1of december so l could cancel my previous policy. Middle November they started to debit my account.

Now l cant terminate the contact, l call and as soon as I say l want to cancel they send me through to the next person until my airtime is finished. So tired of sending emails too. No reply. They just ignore. Honestly want out but it seems like they want me stuck.

I would not refer anyone to get insurance with them 😞.
