Worst service ever

Worst Insurance ever seen.

Very disappointed with the service, response claim process and follow up. Had a claim 2 months ago and my car is still with panel beaters no follow up done from absa and accessor is the worst part here.

Customer has to followup on behalf of insurance provider escalate but still nothing happens
