WORST SERVICE

Worst Service I have ever had,Got into in an Accident in December logged a claim and even since that I haven't got any response.No has has even tried to call me and give me feedback regarding my claim but instead I'm the one calling them only to be sent pillar to post.Been calling instead of assisting me they sending to other consultants,last Time I called was told my claim is being handled by a lady Named Nombulelo but instead transferring me to that lady they told me they can't instead I should send her an email did that but still with no response been sending her thousands of email and I'm really getting Annoyed now sending someone emails with no Response. It's almost a month now Schools have been opened I need that Car to take my child to School,my child can't be suffering while I have a car.I need the Nombulelo lady to do her work and get back to me if she exists ASAP and my Car to be fixed!!
