WORST MISTAKE EVER ,HAVING INSURANCE WITH ABSA

The worst mistake I ever made was to take insurance with ABSA , I'm waiting for your assistance now, with no communication , like you have to travel from China to my place to repair my fridge ,If this is the kind of treatment I'll be getting for being insured with you, please remind me to move else where(to a better insurance ) where I'll be treated better than a piece of S..., I'm paying you guys every month, for what if you cant assist or be there when I need you most.....
